  1. A plastic bag
  2. A toothbrush
  3. Ice cube or freezer

Here are the things to do:

  • Remove as much gum as you can from the clothes using your hand
  • Wrap the piece of clothing in the plastic bag
  • Put it in the freezer until the gum becomes hard
  • Remove from freezer and remove gum
  • Gently scrub the affected area with a toothbrush to remove gums that are left there

Alternatively;

  • Scrap the gum off with the buttery knife

  • Rub an ice cube on the affected area until the gum hardens

This method should be done using a bowl or inside a sink

Here are the items you need:

  1. Laundry detergent
  2. Two ice cubes
  3. Buttery knife

Here are the things to do:

  • Place once ice cube directly underneath the affected part of the clothe
  • Place the other cube directly over the first ice cube, with the clothe separating them
  • Leave it that way for about 30 minutes
  • Remove the ice cube underneath and the one on top
  • Scrape off the gum with the buttery knife while putting the clothing on a flat surface
  • Pre-soak the affected area with a laundry detergent
  • Wash the garment
