Request prompt salvage of hijacked Methodist Prelate, 2 others
The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) on Monday asked the President Muhammadu Buhari, to work with the salvage of the Prelate of the Methodist Church Nigeria, His Eminence, Samuel Uche and two others from criminals’ sanctum.
Uche was allegedly snatched on Sunday in Umunneochi Local Government Area of Abia State alongside the Rt. Fire up. Dennis Mark, the Methodist Bishop of Owerri, and the Prelate’s Chaplain by obscure shooters thought to be furnished herders.
Review that criminals have hijacked something like 10 pastors in 2022 alone and none was protected by the security offices. In two occasions, the casualties were killed by their capturers.
